A Lockyer driveway is a different job from the highway
From the Warrego, Gatton, Laidley and Plainland look like one easy run. They are not. Irrigation or a storm can soften a crossing that held a ute, and the climb toward Helidon Spa is another booking. The locality and the last private stretch pick the truck.
Checked before it climbs
The unit is checked and photographed before the valley run is booked. Photos of the doors, floor, roof and plate are sent before loading. Delivery is quoted with the container once the address is known.
Valley names and codes
Gatton itself is 4343. Laidley and Plainland share 4341, and Grantham is 4347. The enquiry should also name Hatton Vale, Adare, Placid Hills, Regency Downs or Laidley South when that is the mailbox, even though the run is the same. Ipswich (4305) and Toowoomba (4350) have their own pages. They are the roads out, not more Gatton suburbs.
Floor, then a rise
The public roads are the easy part. Failure is a soft headland, a gate that narrows at the posts, or no room to turn a rigid. Big acreage at Adare, Placid Hills, Hatton Vale and Regency Downs gets called simple because the block is large. Bare space will not hold a truck.
Past the town, Helidon Spa starts to rise, with limbs and private lines at the height a raised body needs. A tilt-tray wants a straight firm unload. A crane finishes where the truck should not stand, and still needs a setup. Photos of the entrance, the drive and the spot decide it.
Gear off the soil
Worked blocks want vegetable gear off the soil, and irrigation parts that vanish from an open shed. Feed, fencing and machinery spares suit the acreage. Laidley South is often materials while a house is still drawings. Helidon Spa is usually a dry lock-up. Sleepers under the corners keep the floor off damp ground. Cargo-worthy and new units are checked to stay dry. As-is is cheaper and is not sold that way.

Can the box sit hard against the shed?
If the truck can reach firm ground beside it, or a machine already there can drag it the last metres. Send the route, not only the wall: opening, crossing, overhead lines, and the way the doors have to face.
Will the paddock take a 40ft?
Often the paddock will and the gate will not. A 40ft needs more straight ground off a tilt-tray than a 20ft, and a turn a rigid can use. Measure the opening first.
The drive softens after we water. Then what?
Tell us before dispatch. The booking can shift, or the container can stop on firm ground short of that patch. A loaded rigid is a poor way to test it.
Can I open the unit before it heads up the valley?
Yes. Photos of that unit — doors, floor, roof and plate — go out before it leaves, and delivery is quoted with the container.
