Yarrabilba frontages, older pitches and the Logan River flats do not unload alike. The yard is a short hop, hardstand inside the city boundary. What still needs a plan is the far end.

Units for Logan are checked at a yard on 51–55 Bromley Street, Cornubia, which sits inside the city. Delivery is quoted to the address. Come and open the unit you are buying. Saturday morning stays open until noon, and weekdays run from half past seven to five. Ring so the box is not buried in the row.

Logan postcodes
Beenleigh and Yarrabilba share 4207, one older riverside town and one new estate. Browns Plains is 4118. Crestmead is 4132, close to the yard and mostly industrial. Springwood is 4127. Logan itself is 4114, which covers a lot of ground that still has to be named street by street.
Estates and flats
Meadowbrook, Heathwood and Underwood, plus Slacks Creek, Berrinba and Crestmead, were drawn for artics. Wide entries, hardstand, a code on the gate. Yarrabilba, Logan Reserve, Park Ridge, Flagstone and Greenbank are the estate traps: cars both sides, one place to stand, lids in the crossing, a head made for a rubbish truck, and turf over fill that is still settling.
Woodridge, Kingston and Logan Central pitch away at the kerb, gum and jacaranda overhead, and Daisy Hill and Shailer Park do the same. Plenty of those are lifts. Eagleby, Bethania, Waterford and Loganholme sit on river flats that look dry and stay soft a hand-span down. Room to line up lets a shorter box use a tilt-tray. A long box, or a frontage with nowhere to set up, needs a crane.
Workshops and ponies
Crestmead, Berrinba, Slacks Creek and Meadowbrook keep plant and consumables on the estate. Yarrabilba and Logan Reserve trades want tools while the house is still a frame. Small lots give the garage back to the cars and put the overflow in the box. Beenleigh and Browns Plains clubs lock footy and scout gear. Chambers Flat, Munruben and Carbrook are feed, tack and machinery on rural-residential blocks.

Can I open the exact unit before a Logan drop?
Yes. The rows are at Cornubia, inside the city. Ring first so the one you want is reachable, not stacked behind three others.
Yarrabilba cul-de-sac, cars both sides. Will you still come?
If there is one frontage position that keeps a loaded axle off the pits. Otherwise it is a crane, or a smaller unit. Send the street.
Daisy Hill drive drops at the kerb. Tilt-tray?
Usually not. The tray kisses the kerb before the box is off, and the canopy is in the way. Those older pitches are often lifts.
Eagleby looked dry on top. Is the flat safe to drive?
Not on looks. Logan and Albert silt can be soft underneath after it seems to have dried. Say when it last rained, and where the truck would stand.
