Made sand beside a canal wall is a different bearing to a dune
A couple of hours south of the Fremantle holding, the awkward questions are about water. Canal fingers through Halls Head were built, not found. Pumped sand behind a wall does not carry a truck the way an old dune does.
Southbound Peel release

Walls, fingers, made sand
A canal house fills its lot. The garage takes the front and the useful ground faces the water, with no side path for a tilt-tray. Workable places are the apron, the front garden, or a crane onto the water side of the roof. An apron blocks the garage. Estate rules often dislike a shed in the garden. A lift needs clear air past the service line, the neighbour's roof and anything tied at the jetty. A 10ft placed well often beats a forced 20ft. Most 40ft work, and any lot with no side access, is a crane truck. Turning heads on each finger were drawn for a car and a boat trailer, so a rigid may reverse from the last intersection. Lakelands and Meadow Springs are wider. Toward Pinjarra and the Yunderups the gates were built for a tractor.
Pens, refinery, small farms
Crab pots and outboards pile up beside pens that were full years ago. Lakelands, Madora Bay and Meadow Springs need a site store. Greenfields and Peel Business Park at Nambeelup take trade gear. Pinjarra alumina work, and the drive up to Boddington, leave tools that want a lock-up at home. Stake Hill, Keysbrook and Serpentine keep feed and tack dry.

Is there room down the side of a canal house?
Usually no. Plan the apron, the front garden, or a crane over the roof, and check the service line. A 10ft is often the size that fits.
Will a rigid turn at the end of a canal finger?
Those heads suit cars and boat trailers. Expect a reverse from the last corner, and mention parked cars, bins and trailers.
Does pumped sand behind the wall hold a truck?
Treat it as fill, not as an old dune. If the street is the only firm ground, the box stops there or comes in by crane.
Do front-garden rules in the estates block a box?
Many dislike anything that reads as a shed. That chooses the spot. It does not, by itself, forbid the delivery.
